My passion for photography started with a family vacation to Yellowstone and a Kodak InstaMatic camera in hand.    Looking through the camera's view finder, my world was open to light, color and shape.  I quickly learned that I was able to preserve a moment in time and re-live the memory through a photo.  I was hooked.  

I enjoy the outdoors capturing the natural beauty and gifts that are given to me.  Landscape, nature and wildlife photography is my passion.  

My work has received numerous honors including: Judge’s Choice, Annual New Mexico Photographic Art Show (ANMPAS); 1st Place Professional Fine Arts Photography and wildlife category two years in a row at the New Mexico State Fair;  “International Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta” sponsored by Canon and “Share the Experience” sponsored by the National Park Foundation.  My images have been published in "Africa's Top Wildlife Countries" travel guide, calendars and various other publications. 

I have been featured in a solo exhibition at PopeJoy Hall, New Mexico’s premier Performing Art Center.  Gallery showings at the Annual New Mexico Photographic Art Show (ANMPAS).  Shades of Gray Photography Exhibition; the largest southwest black and white photography show.
